“A River Runs Through This House!”
This is about a property for sale, 162 Wolverie in Scotts Valley, CA 95066. To get here you go 2 miles up Lockhart Gulch Road off Mount Herman Rd in Scotts Valley, CA.
There is the house with a group of houses on the side of the road. There are lots of trees and when you get out of your car you can immediately hear water running. That’s nice I think there is a babbling brook in this forestry setting. The first video is of the road, the neighbors and the front of the house.
As I walk towards the house the water sound gets louder and behold I realize that it is “A River Runs through This House!” This concrete culvert takes the river right under the house. Oh boy maybe one person in the world wants to buy this house?
No one is living here, big surprise, so we go in and turn on as many lights as possible. The whole house has wood floors so as I walk around taking this video you may want to turn the sound of my boots on the wood floors OFF.
The kitchen is a hallway but it does have granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The rest of the rooms downstairs are the living room and dining room. These rooms have windows that back up to another concrete wall and space going under the house. Then we go upstairs and there are allot of bedrooms and a master bedroom with a big sunken tub and shower. The rooms are coming out too dark so I turn the camera off and lock the doors.
This house has been on the market for 300 days and it was priced at $619,900 in February 2009 now (Dec 2009) it is hazard you think? The hillside behind the house has a structure on it but I would not know if it is secure? Now at least I can tell everyone that asks about this house all I know. If you are not the ONE PERSON that wants to live in this home please call me right way and I will find you are proper home.
